As the founder of TCS Vision Consulting, Tamela has helped guide nonprofits across the country to amplify their impact. Her stewardship of more than $50 million in grant funding has supported efforts in affordable housing, youth development, technology equity, and food access. Her faith-driven leadership has not only transformed systems but also elevated voices, empowered lives, and built sustainable community infrastructure.

Tamela currently serves as the Executive Director of The Harvest Outreach People's Project (HOPP), a rapidly growing community outreach movement focused on food access, Servant Leader engagement, and restoring dignity through service. Under her leadership, HOPP has helped mobilize hundreds of servant leaders, churches, nonprofits, and community partners to provide fresh food distributions and compassionate outreach to families across Delaware and Baltimore.
