Tami C. Saunders
Executive Advisor for Organizational Growth and Funding Readiness
Tami C. Saunders brings more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, organizational growth, program development, funding strategy, partnerships, and executive leadership. Her perspective comes from actually leading organizations and doing the work, not consulting from the outside.
She has stewarded more than $50 million in grant funding supporting affordable housing, youth development, technology equity, and food access. She understands what funders look for because she has built the programs, budgets, and partnerships that earn their confidence.
Tami currently serves as Executive Director of The Harvest Outreach People's Project (HOPP), where she has grown a community outreach movement mobilizing hundreds of servant leaders, churches, nonprofits, and community partners across Delaware and Baltimore.
Through TCS, she helps leaders strengthen their foundations, clarify their priorities, and position their organizations for sustainable funding and lasting community impact.
Tami is also the author of The Church Unleashed, a 10-day devotional for leaders committed to unleashing purpose and mobilizing community.
